The genius of the New England Culinary Arts Forum is that our studio is equipped with home appliances. Chefs will demonstrate the function and design features of such appliances, in application. Our members can then create the same kitchen and therefore, the same meals in their own residences. Architects and designers participate in seminars focusing on essential concepts of kitchen design.
